Homemade Biscoff Cookies Recipe

Biscoff cookies recipe

Biscoff cookies are very popular because they are crunchy, aromatic and taste delicious. They are also easy to make at home – vegan or regular. For the vegan version, substitute butter for a vegan version. The rest of the ingredients are pretty much the same.

Ingredients List

  • 150 g all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 115 g butter (pref. unsalted, and at room temperature)
  • 75 g castor sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 60 g Biscoff spread
  • 100 g muscovado sugar
  • 1 egg

Instructions To Make Biscoff Cookies

1.      Pick a long, flat baking tray and line with parchment paper.

2.      Pre-heat oven to 350F/180C.

3.      In a bowl, whisk flour, spices and baking powder.

4.      In another bowl, whisk biscoff spread and butter together till creamy and smooth.

5.      Add both types of sugars and beat till color and texture are light. It will take about 5 minutes to. do so

6.      Add egg and vanilla extract and mix well.

7.      Slowly start adding flour and mix till it is incorporated well. Don’t overmix as the cookies may not rise when baked.

8.      Scoop out cookie batter into 12 or 14 balls and place in pan. Space evenly so cookies have room to melt and expand as they bake.

9.      Bake for 10 minutes and remove. Let them cool and serve.
