Boho Club, One of Marbella’s Best Restaurants

Boho Club Is Probably One of Marbella’s Best Resorts

At the destination of the rich and famous Marbella, the Boho Club is a distinctive wellness resort and spa, touting some of the best accommodations in the world of luxury. As far as gastronomy goes, it has great restaurants like Bernie’s and the special Boho Restaurant. You can either stay at the resort or book a table at any fine dining restaurants, even if you are staying at another hotel.

The Highly Rated Restaurant

Artisan cocktails served with Spanish tapas

The Boho Restaurant is held in high esteem by guests and critics alike. Offering gourmet delights, such as Oysters in choices of sauces from mango to Ponzu, and Imperial Caviar served with blinis, it is a food paradise. The kitchen, managed by Diego del Rio, a chef based at Malaga, is exquisitely managed. Passionate about innovation in Andalusian cuisine, Diego produces menus using techniques he learned about in his Parisian restaurant experiences. An avid traveller, he deftly combines global tastes and ingredients and incorporates them into the authentic fare, fit for a king (or queen).

The cooking is “honest”, with succulent entrées and well-balanced food, keeping health in mind. Top-quality ingredients and produce are sourced locally to keep food fresh. It is not simply food served up to quench your fine dining appetite, but a whole experience in unusual taste and palate surprises. With the mantra of modern, fresh and seasonal on every distinctive menu, Diego creates a meal that stays with guests forever.

The Sparkling Touch

The wine list at the Boho Restaurant can match any elegant restaurant from Milan to Montenegro. Wine is served by the glass and champagne by the bottle. You will find Rosado and Blanco (rose and white wines, respectively), from an Elixir de Provence and a Bollinger Cuvee Rose to a Sauvignon Tres Pilares. According to the menu, some of the best wines from France and Spain are served up with the chef’s unique recommendations. You can genuinely have a meal that befits any legendary gastronomy eateries the world over.
