Ingredients:
(Recipe yields 4 servings)
For the Bellini cocktail:
- 2 ounces or 59 ml peach purée
- 4 ounces or 119 ml chilled prosecco
- Peach slices for garnish
For the peach puree:
- 4 white peaches
- 3 ice cubes
- ½ tablespoon of sugar
- 1 teaspoon of lemon juice, freshly squeezed
Directions:
For the peach puree:
Step 1: Add all the ingredients to a blender. Blend the mixture till it reaches a smooth consistency.
Step 2: Add more lemon juice or sugar as per your taste.
For the Bellini cocktail:
Step 1: Pour a portion of the peach purée into a Champagne flute glass.
Step 2: Pour the prosecco into the glass while gently stirring.
Step 3: Garnish with a peach slice and enjoy your drink!
