Cookies come in all shapes, sizes, patterns, and colors. People tend to get very creative with their cookie designs when they are homemade. There is always a cute cookie that can make anyone smile. One of the nicest things about cookies, is when they are made at home with kids, family or friends, in addition to being quick to prepare and it’s a way to make people gather around the kitchen table, the chocolate chip cookies are to be eaten by everyone.
Ingredients:
- 250 g Butter at room temperature
- 125g Sugar
- 30g Cocoa powder
- 300 g Wheat flour
- 5 g Chemical yeast
- 50 g Chocolate chips
Instructions:
- In a deep bowl, mix the butter with the sugar and beat until white.
- Sift the cocoa over the butter and sugar mixture and mix gently until integrated.
- We do the same with the flour and the yeast, stirring from time to time until integrated before adding more quantity to the mixture.
- Then we add the chocolate chips and mix.
- Cover two baking trays with parchment paper and place balls of the dough on them, ensuring that they are equal in size.
- Smash them lightly with a fork and cook in the oven, pre-heated to 180ºC, for 12-14 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and let cool on the same tray before serving the cookies.
