Lobsters are the perfect Seafood to prepare when you have guests coming home that you need to impress. There are easy, quick to make and the perfect dinner for an outstanding home party.
Ingredients:
- Lobster tails. ( You can use frozen ones as they are affordable )
- Lemon wedges.
- 100g Softened butter for 5 Lobsters
- 2 Crushed garlic clove
- Chopped handful parsley leaves
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- Small pinch chilli powder
- 1 Lemon juice
Preparation:
- The first step is to prepare the butter by mixing it with the garlic, the parsley, the mustard, the chilli and the lemon juice. Keep aside.
- Next step is to cut the lobster tails into half without cutting all the way through, just like on the picture.
- Sit the tails in a shallow roasting tray and put some butter on each one. For a better taste, you can prepare the tails a few hours before and keep them in the fridge.
- Heat the grill to high, then grill the lobster tails for 10 mins until cooked through.
- For serving you can add some more butter, lemon wedges on the side and scatter some parsley on top if you wish.
