Eastwell Sens Restaurant delivers classic Swiss cuisine with an Asian flair, with a gourmet menu emphasizing local sourcing and seasonal ingredients.
The filet de Boeuf Simmental with purée d’apple et wasabi exemplifies this East-West fusion brilliantly. The magnificent atmosphere was created by Marc Hertrich & Nicolas Adnet Agency and, like the cuisine, is a study in surprising but harmonious contrasts. From May to October, guests may eat on the teeny-tiny outside patio.
