Who doesn’t love a good morning mimosa?
We have seen many tempting mimosas in the movies that it is time to get ourselves one fine mimosa cocktail!
Ingredients:
Chilled Sparkling Wine, Cava or Champagne
Orange Juice
(Additional) Extras of your choice – Vodka, Chambord, Whiskey, etc
Instructions:
Mimosas are very easy to make.
- Keep chilled wine, fresh and chilled orange juice, and good champagne flutes.
- Use a 50-50 mix of wine and orange juice. Pour the wine first, and then the orange juice. It’s better not to add ice as it dilutes the drink.
- You don’t have to stir the mix – otherwise, the wine will go flat. Give it a second to mix, and serve it!
Bonus Tip: Do not make mimosas in advance as the wine loses its charm. These are quick-fix cocktails – so you can instantly serve them as well!
