Easy & Delicious Salmon Recipe.
Try the marinated roasted salmon recipe and you will love this healthy food option. This recipe is easy to make and the marinade prepared for it can be used with many other flaky fish.

Preparing the Marinade
To prepare the salmon marinade, you will need ingredients like olive oil, lemon juice, maple syrup, fresh herbs like parsley and dill, garlic, sea salt and black pepper. Simply mix all these ingredients together and your marinade is ready for marinating the fish piece.
Marinating the Fish Fillets
Transfer the marinade into a baking dish or zip lock bag. Coat the salmon all around in this marinade. Leave the fillets in this marinade for 30-45 minutes. Place the bag in the fridge to let salmon marinate. It can be left overnight or whole day as well if your marinade does not include any acidic element. Most experts suggest not leaving the fillets for more than an hour in the marinade that has an acidic ingredient. The lemon in the marinade starts the “cooking” process if the fillet is left longer in this mixture. The fillets will become mushy if left longer.
Roasting
Remove the salmon fillets from the marinade and roast it for 3-4 minutes each side or until the desired tenderness is achieved. Grilling requires the same duration.
